HOLIDAY WORKOUT CALORIE BLASTER

HOLIDAY WORKOUT SERIES 1- THE CALORIE TOTAL BODY BLASTER 

What exercises can you do to burn off your Christmas calories? Even if you don't have any equipment?

There are many different simple exercises which are excellent for causing a calorific burn- Even if you don't have any equipment you can do a solid 30 minute session and be sweating buckets, so you can feel better about the over indulgence over the dinner table. NO EXCUSES NOW WITH THIS TRAINING REGIME!!!

My personal favourite is to complete an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in your time frame) circuit. It will get your heart pumping and all that extra energy burning, in no time at all.

Remember as well the simple items around you can create more intensity. I like to fill a back pack with goods in the cupboards at home and complete the workout, with even more BOOM!

Don't forget to put those pumping tunes on full blast to create some extra motivation!

6. Push Ups Narrow x 20


7. Front Plank (60s)


8. V-Sit x 20


9. Fence underhand (body weight) Row x 20


10. Jacks or Tucks x 20
