Are you getting the right nutrition?

Are you really eating 5 fruits and 5 vegtables per day? We all are aware that the nutrients from fruits and vegetables enhance our health and prevent ill health. Also in terms of training if our organs funtion better we will our results from training will be increased.

If you often get sick from over working, etc its time to ask your self the question of why? The immune system is obviously low and therefore your diet maybe lacking in certain nutrient dense foods which will allow for a stronf immune system.

It very difficult as a personal trainer to get the results we are after from our clients if they are not helping themselves with the diet. I feel sorry for my clients at this point as when they don't get results from there measurements I will push them to the next level of training. But do they really need to be pushed to the next level? Should the client make it easier on themselves by addressing diet.

It is of course not only diet which can plays a major factor in health wellness and fitness. Stress can also decide how you will react to digesting foods or not digesting foods. So it is important that you achieve a balance of work-training-diet and use the correct forms of training to allow results you have been working hard for in the gym to ensue.
