WHAT TO DO AT CHRISTMAS/NY WITH TRAINING.


Christmas FLAB... fight it off before it comes on!!!!!!

My latest TIP is to dig in to the LIVER CLEANERS. 2x per day and BCAA's 2 before and after your workout.

Both these supplements truly enhance your results and/or keep you on the straight and narrow.

Make sure you MOVE every single day if you are partying you will pack on the calories so you have to get to the gym and train (even on Sunday's if you can!!) as undoubtedly there will be one day during the week where you will have a party (or two)

If you can book in for extra PT sessions so that every time you come to the gym you actually get motivated to train hard. If this is financially impossible get yourself to a group fitness class which will drive the calories off- BASIC TRAINING and RPM/CYCLE are great for combating calories.
