Want to strengthen and shape your abdominals? Yes AB-solutely (excuse the pun!) you need to be tailoring your nutrition plan around your goals, also you can work on abdominals without the need for millions of sit ups. Try these two exercises, with your exercise coach supervising you technique,  integrate these into your designed personalised exercise program for the best results.

These are two of my favourites:

1. TRX/SUSPENSION STRAP BODY SAW:3-4 rounds of 10 repetitions
2. GET UP WITH A TWIST- perform 3-4 rounds of 10 repetitions
